River City Roll 2009: ALL-ACCESS PASS

An event to benefit individuals with disabilities who are served by the Cerebral Palsy Research Foundation

Now accepting works of art from U.S. residents including, but not limited to painting, mixed media, photography, and sculpture. Deadline for submissions: March 2, 2009.

Submissions must include:

1. High-resolution .jpg photo of work of art
2. Artist’s name, address, telephone number, e-mail address
3. Title of piece
4. Type of media
5. Description of piece and measurements
6. Price
7. Artist biography
8. Artist’s disability (if applicable)
9. Headshot photo of artist (high resolution .jpg file)
